Marvin started out Gyrostate with only US$5000 as starting capital in 1986. The little resource makes him be more considerate of his customers. He provides not only good products for customers, but valuable advices to help their business.

Customers feel safe with Marvin: they trust his sensitive business sense and know they can always rely on him to deliver what they care much. In turn, many of Gyrostate's customers have become the biggest importers in their region after working with Marvin for years.

Jason Chung

Vice president

For over 20 years, Jason has both wide and deep industry knowledge in China and Taiwan. He is devoted to establishing the long-term relationship with customers by providing the best service to them.

With his decision making and coordination skill, Gyrostate becomes an efficient team to fulfill customer's expectations. Jason also focuses on details because he knows that is where the devil hides. Any imperfection impacts customers' satisfactions.

Emy Tsai

Foreign sales head

Emy has over 20-year experience of exporting. She excels in Spanish so there is no language barrier for customers who speak Spanish.

As what Emy always says, "Treat customer's need as my family's need," she is a true practicer of Gyrostate's customer-centric spirit. She is famous for her execution and persistency to create win-win results by recommending products that meet both quality and price requirement for the customer's market.

Peter Huang

Domestic sales head

Peter is a goal achiever. He leads the domestic sales team to achieve 50% growth rate for three years in a row.

The key element of his success is his ability to make up an executable plan. Peter is also good at inspiring the team members. Everyone is passionate to give the best solution to meet customers' needs.

Judy Lin

Taipei headquarter director

As being an accounting manager for almost 15 years, Judy is a great leader in Taipei office.

With her outstanding budget control ability, Gyrostate is efficient and maintains low administrative expense. This is one of the reasons that Gyrostate is able to provide competitive price to customers.

Sandy Lin

Changhua branch director

Sandy has worked in Gyrostate for 16 years. Her motto is "Never let a mistake happen again." When something goes wrong, she goes into whys and wherefores and prevents it from happening again. Moreover, she establishes standard operating procedure to improve the entire process.

Sandy is also in charge of yarn procurement. She helps Gyrostate stock low-cost yarn so that even when yarn's price goes up, Gyrostate's customers can still buy products with reasonable low price.

Gary Wu

Hangzhou branch director

With 30-year experience, Gary knows every detail in textile industry because he has accumulated rich work experiences in all kinds of different textile factories, including weaving, dyeing and finishing.

He is familiar with every step. That is why he can do great quality control on textiles.

Patrick Lai

Guangzhou branch director

Patrick joined Gyrostate in 2007. He has wide knowledge in textile, bag, shoe material, and hardware industry.

He goes to textile markets in Guangzhou twice a week to maintain his sensitivity of procurement. Patrick is good at finding good suppliers which can provide quality products with reasonable price.

Fenny Chang

Yiwu branch director

Fenny is an indispensable coordinator in Yiwu. In our warehouse in Yiwu, the volume of goods stowed and shipped is 2 to 3 containers per week.

These goods need to be counted, stored, inspected, tagged, loaded, etc. Under her supervising, the mistake rate is quite low.
