A： We started out the business as a trading company but with the growing of our company, we also invested in many factories to get lower price and to better control the product quality.

A： Our main product line is garment accessories, including buttons, buckles, zippers and sliders, ribbons, trimmings, laces. In addition, we also specialize in men belts, hardware, bag fabrics, artificial grass, etc.

A： We are proud of our customer services. We not only sell products to our customers, but also provide extra services to them:

• Latest market information: we go to the origin market every day and we are glad to share the information with our customers so that they can be in the front line of fashion.

A： We are a Taiwanese company established in 1986. Headquarter is in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. In 1980s, Taiwan is an important cluster of manufacturers of the world. As time goes by, China becomes more and more important so we start to establish several branches in China so that we can procure products in China easily and more cost-effectively.

A： Our goods are from factories which have experiences of many years. They are professional and good at producing quality products. Besides, we invested some of the factories so we have more power to control the quality.Here is the form of inspection report for your reference.

A： Yes, of course. We will take the responsibility because Gyrostate runs business based on honesty and is looking forward establishing long-term relationship with our customers.

A： Our normal procedure is in the following.

• Contact us and tell us your interested products.
• Once we get in touch, we can discuss the details of what you want.
• We'll send you proforma invoice to confirm the order and wait for the deposit.
• After we receive the deposit, we will place the order to the factory.
• We'll keep tracking progress during production.
• When the production is done, we send our own inspector team to examine the goods.
• If everything is good, we'll ask for the balance payment.
• After we receive the balance payment, we load the container and make shipment.
• Depending on the destination, you may wait 1 to 1.5 month to receive the container.

A： Most of products need MOQ. But we have big customers to place orders frequently, so you can place small order which can be combined with these orders to test our quality or get some new products.
